Just like the disciples who defied doubt and reaped an abundance, we're diving into the deep waters of faith and action. Join us in this exhilarating journey—get ready to be inspired and empowered!"
Dear Perspective Donor,
As we approach SOLA Give Day, a day dedicated to supporting local nonprofits and making a difference in our community, I am reminded of a profound lesson from the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 5, Verses 1-11.
In this passage, Jesus calls upon Simon Peter and his companions to cast their nets into the deep water after a long night of fruitless fishing. Despite their initial doubts, they obeyed His command and were blessed with an abundant catch of fish beyond their wildest dreams.
Similarly, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment in the journey of the DREAMS Village Phase 1. Our mission to empower individuals with disabilities and provide them with opportunities for growth and fulfillment requires us to cast our nets into the deep waters of community support.
Today, I am reaching out to you with an invitation to join us in this endeavor by participating in SOLA Give Day. Your generous donation will enable us to work on reaching our goals for phase 1 of the DREAMS village. Phase 1 will allow us to purchase a property along Johnston Street in Lafayette, Louisiana. This building will be transformed into the new location of the DREAMS Manufacturing Company & Eatery. The factory allows us to provide employment for individuals with special needs. This opportunity gives them purpose, and for many, a fulfillment of their DREAMS.
I invite you to prayerfully consider how you can support the DREAMS Foundation on SOLA Give Day. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a tangible difference and leave a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
Thank you for your consideration and your unwavering support. Just as the partnering ship was blessed through the harvest of the obedience of the disciples, may your generosity to partner with us on SOLA Give Day add a bounty of blessing to you.
