Dear Gala Guests,

Mark  your calendars and save the date, because registration for our highly anticipated Gala event will officially open on April 25, 2024! We're thrilled to invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening filled with joy, celebration, and making dreams come true.

Here are some important details to note:

- **Registration Dates:** Registration will be open from April 25, 2024, until May 25, 2024 for the June 15, 2024 Gala. For Ages 14 yrs and older be sure to secure your spot early! No Registrations will be taken after May 25, 2024

- **Buddy System:** Guests have the option to sign up to have a buddy for the evening. If you have your own buddy, please register them when you register registration.

- **Parent/Caregiver Buddies:** If as a parents/caregiver you attend as the designated buddy for your child, you are kindly asked to remain with your child/client throughout the event and register as the buddy accordingly.

- **Parent Area:** We kindly request that parents who are not the designated buddy for their child understand the importance of staying in the designated parent area. The Tables set up are for Gala participants.

- **Seating Arrangements:** The table area will be set up to accommodate participants. This will ensure they have a place to sit and enjoy their meal. Please ensure you are seated accordingly upon arrival.

- **VIP Access:** The VIP section will only be accessible with a VIP pass. Be sure to secure your pass for exclusive access to this special area. Contact Hope if you are interested in learning how to secure a spot.

- **Lanyard and Gala Gift:** Stay tuned for instructions on how to pick up your Gala lanyard and special gift! All lanyards and gifts must be collected from designated locations prior to the event. Please note that access to the Gala will not be permitted without your lanyard.

- **Safety and Security:** Your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
